We developed a content calendar anchored to Carrefour’s promotional calendar, created bespoke interactive content (including a Facebook game tab that drove significant engagement), managed the community with daily monitoring and response, and ran targeted paid social campaigns to amplify reach during key promotional moments. An Instagram growth strategy was implemented from scratch, growing the account with consistent, visually compelling content.
